Christine Dosen led “Team Dosen” — which includes her son Joey and his significant other Sarah Bingham — into distinction as one of the most successful real estate agents in the country, according to a recent ranking of the industry by the Wall Street Journal.

Dosen had the second-highest number of transactions among California realtors, and was listed as 27 nationwide — putting her in the top .5 percent of realtors in the country.

“I am so humbled and grateful,” she said, thanking her team, clients, friends and referral partners.

“We strive to deliver the best service, experience and negotiations for you and all of our clients … thank you, thank you, thank you!”

Dosen, originally hailing from England, is married to a Naval officer and considers herself a true “Citizen of the World” after moving more than nine times during his 28 years of service.

She draws on her intimate familiarity with the challenge to find the perfect home, and has made it her mission to facilitate that service for her clients.

The Dosens finally landed in Ridgecrest in 2012, and have made a permanent home here.

Joey has put his business and economics degrees to good use in his partnership with Christine. He is known for his varied connections and ability to work with associated professions to facilitate successful transactions.

He and Sarah both have their realtors licenses. The latter adds a fresh perspective, a flair for marketing and a keen eye for photography to the strengths of the team.

“Our goal is to represent you and your home with the utmost care and expertise, and provide you with a seamless experience as we work to get your home sold,” states the mission statement of the team.

Together, they completed more than 200 transactions in 2019 alone.

Deidre Patin, broker of the Coldwell Banker Best Realty office, noted that Team Dosen was one of five realtors in the office to make the “America’s Best” list in the Wall Street Journal.

Despite the crazy challenges from earthquakes to a global pandemic, 2019 was a record-breaking year for their office.

“Our local housing market is booming,” she said. “If things keep up pace, 2020 is looking to be even busier!”

Craig Stevens ranked 13th in the state, Fong Tidwell ranked 98th in the state, Michele McMahan ranked 107th in the state and Clint Freeman ranked 164th.

“I mean, Christine is a machine — but the other four, as well as many other agents in our office — are amazing!” said Patin.

“Even with COVID-19 shutdowns, our real-estate market has been on fire. The agents in our office are working non-stop for their customers and I couldn’t be more amazed and proud!”
