‘Woman in the Walls’ opens March 21 at historic Opera HouseMaster Mystery Productions will stage “Woman in the Walls” at the Amargosa Opera House in Death Valley Junction on Saturdays, March 21 through April 11, at 2 p.m.

The ghost story follows four friends who rent a crumbling Victorian mansion for the holidays in 1930. The caretaker warns them the dwelling is haunted by the spirit of Claire Forsythe, a woman driven mad by her physician husband’s rest cure.

“With snow threatening to seal them inside and the fears that Claire may not be resting peacefully, the foursome and their psychic caretaker attempt a séance to drive Claire out,” said playwright Daniel stallings.

The personal stories of the visitors become entwined with the legends of the mansion, and nothing will be what it appears to be, he said.

The cast includes Tiffany Cheney, Calvin Johnson, Beth Sparks-Jacques, Olivia Holm, Lexi Phillips, Davis Kunz, and Nicole Johnson. The audience will be invited to step into the séance to solve the mystery.

Tickets, $30 general admission and $15 for children 12 and younger, are available at the hotel front desk. Advance purchase can be made by calling 760-852-4441 between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
