Fireworks and Entertainment Event is June 29RIDGECREST LIONS CLUB — The Ridgecrest Lions Club, with assistance from Ridgecrest Shoutouts, has announced that the Independence Day Remembrance Fireworks show will return to the Desert Empire Fairgrounds June 29.

Beginning at 3 p.m., local bands “Jade’s Trick,” “Throttle” and “Seeing Ravens” will be playing during a Car and Motrocycle Show, followed by “The Fulcos” at 7 p.m.

Vendors include Tutu’s Catering, Shaved Ice Shack, Lumpia Lady, Roaming Dog Kitchen, Renegade Hydration and several others! Pita Fresh will be barbecueing kebabs, and Triple T’s will serve a full bar.

Fireworks begin at 9 p.m. and will last until roughly 9:22 p.m. The Fulcos will take a break during our fireworks presentation, but for those who would like to stay – they have agreed to play until 11 p.m. or midnight, depending on the crowd.

Sgt. V Mobile Battle-grounds will be at the fairgrounds with a paintball shooting gallery for most of the event.
