‘Foul Play’ auditions are April 26-27

Master Mystery Productions will host auditions for “a life-sized mystery board game we call ‘Foul Play,’ on Friday and Saturday, April 26-27, from 5-7 p.m. at Red Rock Books.

“We need and welcome actors of any level of experience to put on this show,” said Writer-Director Daniel Stallings.

“Inspired by a board game classic, seven complete strangers have been invited to a unique costume party hosted by a man they know only as King. King stage-managed everything, even down to sending his special guests their costumes in advance — along with a chilling note making the invitation impossible to resist.

“Each guest hides a lethal secret he or she thought was long dead. While the suspects try to check the King, each realize they are a pawn in a grander scheme and one wrong move could prove fatal.”

The performances of “Foul Play” will feature two different solutions to the crime.

Roles are available for five women and two men. Auditioners will be asked to read from the script. Performers must be 15 or older, and anyone younger than 18 must have a guardian present at rehearsals.

Performances will be held July 20 and 27 and Aug. 3, and 10. The rehearsal schedule will be finalized after casting. For more information, see mastermystery
