The WACOM Thrift Shop announced that it will be offering extended hours on select days during the spring months.

“Can’t shop at the WACOM Thrift shop during our normal hours?” asked a spokesperson, noting that regular hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.

“Joing us for After Hours Shopping,” held March 21 from 4-6 p.m., April 13 from 9 a.m. to noon and May 16 from 4-6 p.m.

WACOM will also host its monthly meeting Tuesday, March 13, at 11 a.m. at the Paradise Cove Community Center.

Entertainment will be provided by violinist Anna Schaad and guitarist Tom Foggia. Lunch is available for $15 per person.

The following luncheon, on April 9, will feature a Baja Taco Bar and entertainment by D.J. Mike. On May 14, WACOM will hold its semi-annual distribution of funds to the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society and nonprofit community organizations.

“If you are interested in joining WACOM, please come to a luncheon and see what we’re about,” said the spokesperson.
