Democrats to host Cal City mayorThe Democratic Club of the High Desert will host California City Mayor Chuck McGuire at its Saturday, Feb. 16, meeting at 11:30 a.m. at the Homestead.

McGuire served on the California City Council for eight years prior to being elected mayor last November.
