The city contacted top arborists in Lancaster for the job, which they completed on Oct. 1. Foster said his department is dedicated to making every effort to provide safe and inviting parks to our great community,” adding that he hopes the work will instill a sense of pride and value in local parks. “The many projects that have recently taken place, or are in the process of happening, are all centered around this philosophy as we continue to make improvements throughout the city.” — Photo by Laura Austin
