Deborah A. Coffland

Deborah A. CofflandDeborah Ann Morgan Coffland went home to Jesus on July 7, 2018, after a year-and-a-half battle with cancer.

She was born in Du Quoin, Ill., on Jan. 13, 1948, to William and Virginia.

She is survived by her daughter Dana (Michael) Nelson of Ridgecrest; her son Wayne (Scherne) Coffland of Inyokern; her three grandchildren Robert Allison of Texas, Anthony (Marty) Coffland of Ridgecrest and Megan Coffland of Inyokern; and her two great-grandsons Ayden and Gli Coffland of Ridgecrest.

She is also survived by her brother, Kevin Roberts of Illinois, mother, Virginia Roberts of Illinois, sister, Jan Pyle of Illinois, sister, Linda Aaboussie of Missouri, and a beloved cousin, Kathy Tate of Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Coffland, step-dad Don Roberts and father William Morgan.

A memorial is planned for July 21 at 11 a.m., at Inyokern Baptist Church located at 6521 Plains St. in Inyokern.

She lived an adventurous life as a Navy wife, and loved to travel with her husband on a gold wing throughout the United States and Canada. She adored her dogs, Sugarbear and Kuma, but loved all animals and always filled her home with them.
