‘Famous Last Words’ presented in July

‘Famous Last Words’ presented in JulyRed Rock Books and Master Mystery Productions are teaming up once again, this time for “Famous Last Words,” an interactive book signing celebrating the release of author Daniel Stallings’ debut mystery novel, “Sunny Side Up,” on Saturday, July 21, at 7:30 p.m.

“Set in the present day, the show focuses on true crime writer Sabrina Watts who planned to reveal startling, new facts in the celebrated and scandalous McGregor homicide case,” said Stallings.

“A hit-and-run ‘accident’ stopped her words from ever getting out. Now, at the book signing for a new mystery novel, Marcus Watts, Sabrina’s husband, makes the announcement for her — he found her notes on the case and plans to finish the work she started.

“Those might be famous last words as an attempt on his life is made shortly thereafter, proving the McGregor case is far from sleeping quietly.”

Stallings said that audiences will hear the testimonies of each suspect and given a chance to solve the “perfect” crime.

The performance stars Cat Kusznir, Thomas Cozine, Devanne Fredette, Sam Johnson, Brianne Hardwick, Rah Herrington and Nick Murray,

Admission is $25 per person for the show only, or $20 for the show and a signed copy of the book. Reservations are on sale now at Red Rock Books.
