City seeks summer teachers

“Do you have a talent, special skill or sport knowledge that you want to share? We are looking for anyone wanting to teach a class this summer!”

The city of Ridgecrest Parks and Recreation Department issued the invitation to the general public. “Sports, crafts, activities or something new for children of all ages and/or adults!”

Anyone interested should call Mindy Beck at 760-499-5173 or e-mail mbeck@ridgecrest-ca.gov. Forms can also be picked up at the Kerr McGee Community Center.

“We have limited room, so please apply as soon as possible,” said Beck. The deadline is Feb. 10.
