Sipusi Lucy Lu’uga Lesolo

Sipusi Lucy Lu’uga Lesolo died from natural causes Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at her home in Victorville. She was 55 years old.

Sipusi was born Oct. 15, 1962, in Pago Pago, American Samoa.

She worked at the Child Development Center at Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, prior to her retirement. She was a resident of Ridgecrest before she moved to Victorville in 2013.

Sipusi was a member of the Nazarene Church of Ridgecrest, and an active member of the Assembly of God. She served as deacon and president of the Woman’s Ministry. She devoted her life to serving God. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Asoleaga Lu’uga Lesolo.

Sipusi is survived her sons Aloiletoa Lu’uga, Siona Lu’uga and Eselu Lu’uga; daughter Gloria Lu’uga; daughter-in-law Monica Lu’uga and eight grandchildren. Her funeral services were held Oct. 31 at the H. K. Holland Memorial Chapel and Nov. 1 at Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Goss and Pastor Malepeai presided.
