“EARNEST” COMEDY TO CLOSEDuplicitous man about town Jack “Earnest” Worthing pursues some hilarious schemes (above) in the Community Light Opera and Theatre Association’s laugh-filled production of Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest,” set for its closing performances this weekend. Tickets for the two remaining performances of this buoyant comedy of manners are selling fast. Remaining performances start at 7:30 p.m. on March 28 and 29 at CLOTA Center Stage, 1425 N. Inyo St. Doors open at 7 p.m., and all remaining tickets are available at Red Rock Books: $12 general admission and $10 for seniors, students, enlisted active-duty military and CLOTA members.
