A private family service was held Thursday, Oct. 24, and officiated by Father James Dowds. A public memorial service is planned for the future.
Jeff was delivered by Dr. Drummond on Sept. 1, 1948, to Frank and Alice Parker. The family lived in the Rand District for many years before moving to Ridgecrest in 1959.

He was also survived by lifetime friends, Brad and Sharon Stanley of Nevada and Greg and Jane Stanley of Nevada. He will be sorely missed not only by family but many friends.
