Police seeking Michael WilsonRidgecrest Police officers are seeking this man, Michael Ray Wilson, in connection with an incident that happened Sept. 15 at about noon in the 400 block of West Haloid Avenue.

Officers were called to the residence by a report of domestic violence and vehicle theft. The victim reported that the suspect had taken her cell phone and vehicle keys and held her against her will inside his residence, where she allegedly sustained injuries.

The suspect reportedly fled the residence in the victim’s vehicle and left the area.

According to the RCPD’s press release, the victim was able to leave the residence, recover the vehicle in a nearby parking lot and drive to the Ridgecrest Police Department to report the incident.

The suspect, Wilson, is currently at large. Charges against him include vehicle theft, battery with serious bodily injury, false imprisonment and corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
