Heath C. Ice
Heath C. Ice passed away Aug. 1, 2013, at home in Ridgecrest, at the young age of 31.
Family and friends gathered to celebrate his life at the Social Hall of the Ridgecrest United Methodist Church on Thursday, Aug. 8.
Heath was born Nov. 11, 1981 in Watonga, Okla., and he attended Watonga Elementary and Keys Elementary schools. From a young age he was interested in electronics and in fixing computers.
He spent his high-school years at Tahlequah Public Schools, where he graduated as valedictorian in 2000. Heath was hired by Tahlequah schools as the youngest computer tech ever to work for them. He was very well respected for his tenacity and humor.
He attended Rolla-Missouri University of Engineering and graduated as a computer engineer in 2005. He was hired by the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake in 2005 and has contributed greatly to the workforce.
Heath is survived by his parents Mickey and Debbie, sister Trisha and brother Ray, all of Tahlequah, Okla.
Heath was and continues to be an inspiration to many for his tenacity, endurance, unique humor, loving personality, humility and most of all for living life to the fullest extent possible.
