‘Cat On a Hot Tin Roof’ opens March 1 at CLOTA Center Stage BOTTLED-UP ISSUES — Fading football star Brick (Adam Everett) fends off attempts to discuss troubling issues from frustrated wife Maggie (Anne Schreckengost) during rehearsals for the landmark drama “Cat On a Hot Tin Roof.” The Community Light Opera and Theatre Association debuts Tennessee Williams’ Pulitzer Prize- winning play Friday, March 1, at Center Stage, 1425 N. Inyo St.; doors open at 7 p.m., with lights up at 7:30. Additional evening performances are set for March 2, 8, 9, 15 and 16, with a 2 p.m. matinee (doors open at 1:30) Sunday, March 3. Red Rock Books is handling ticket sales: $12 general admission and $10 for seniors, students, enlisted active-duty military and CLOTA members.
