Hungry River’s ’Three Sisters’ opens

Hungry River’s ’Three Sisters’ opensThe Hungry River Theatre Co. is proud to present “Three Sisters” by famed Russian playwright Anton Chekhov.

The play, which opens this Thursday, follows the lives of the Prozorov family — Olga, Masha, Irina, and Andrey. They moved to a small military town 11 years ago with their father, the brigade commander. They have settled down, started careers, and still they long for more than this town, more than themselves; they dream of returning to Moscow.

Set in a dreamy world, these characters grapple with the pursuit of their life’s passions and the reality of life’s struggles. Learn more about the play at hungryriver.org or on Facebook.
